Shipping Policy

This policy focuses on shipping and pickup terms for in-store purchases (paid via online checkout) and local pickup orders, which are our main order types.

1. In-Store Purchases (Paid via Online Checkout)

 

For orders purchased in our physical store and paid through the online checkout counter: 

- No shipping fees apply. You can take your items immediately after payment confirmation. 

- If the purchased items are out of stock in-store (pre-order/backorder), we will notify you via email/SMS once the items arrive. You can pick them up at the store or contact us for other arrangements.

 

2. Local Pickup Orders

 

For orders placed online and selected "Local Pickup": 

- Free of shipping charges. We will inform you via email/SMS when your order is ready for pickup (usually within 1-3 business days). 

- You must pick up the items at our store within 14 days of receiving the pickup notification. Bring your valid ID and order number for verification. 

- If you are unable to pick up in person, you may authorize others to collect on your behalf with the authorized person’s ID and your order number.

 

3. General Notes

- Business hours: Monday-Saturday: 10 AM - 8 PM EST; Sunday: 12 PM - 6 PM EST.
