By using Shopbby’s website, making purchases (in-store/online checkout) or local pickup, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update them; changes will be posted here.
1. Purchases & Payment
All purchases (in-store with online checkout, online orders) require valid payment. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, etc. Payment confirmation is required to complete your order.
2. Order Fulfillment
In-store purchases: Items are provided immediately after payment. Local pickup: Collect within 14 days of readiness notification (ID + order number required). We reserve the right to cancel unfulfillable orders and refund promptly.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information (contact, payment, etc.) and use our services legally. Misuse (fraud, unauthorized access) may result in service suspension.
4. Limitation of Liability
Shopbby is not liable for indirect damages from use of our services or product issues beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the purchase amount.
