Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

1. Eligibility

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase/delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition with tags/packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items: intimate products, lingerie, cosmetics, perishables (snacks), clearance goods, custom products.

3. How to Request

Online: Email support@shopbby.com with your order number, reason, and photos. In-store: Bring item, receipt, and original packaging to our store.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: Processed to original payment method within 3-7 business days (shipping fees non-refundable unless defective). Exchanges: Subject to stock availability, free shipping for defective items.

5. Defective/Damaged Items

Notify us within 7 days of delivery. We cover return shipping and offer full refund, exchange, or store credit.
